JHard is a bass music DJ and producer from Columbus, Ohio, known for blending technical musicianship with high-energy performances that leave a lasting impression.

A classically trained musician with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Music Performance, JHard spent over a decade as a professional tuba player and college-level educator before finding his voice in electronic music. Dubbed the “IRL Tuba Demon” by Subtronics, he brings a rare musical perspective to modern bass music—combining powerful sound design, dynamic storytelling, and the occasional tuba cameo.

More than heavy drops, JHard’s performances are built around connection. Every set is designed to create moments that audiences remember long after the music ends, balancing explosive energy with emotion, community, and authenticity.

The philosophy behind the project is simple: Stay Hard.
